IMPORTANT CHANGES TO RETURNS POLICY DUE TO CONVID-19
So that all of our customers will have access to key "Play at Home" Products we are currently restricting multisize purchases (for example buying a size 9 and a 9.5 to see which fits better and returning one). We are also suspending Prepaid Return Labels for products purchased in this manner. If you are undecided on a size please contact us for guidance. We apologize for any inconvenience however we believe that this will ensure that all our customers have better access to these key products during this time of social distancing.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS AND FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AS WELL AS OTHER CUSTOMERS ANY RETURNS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED OR SHOW SIGNS OF USE IN ANYWAY WILL BE DISCARDED AND ANY REFUND WILL BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
