Shipping & Returns
We ship via USPS or UPS, Mondays through Saturdays.
Most Orders are shipped with 24 hours of receipt on those business days.
If you have placed an order and have an issue please contact us immediately emailing email@example.com
Once the Product is shipped a tracking number for the designated carrier is email to the customers SHIPPING EMAIL. If you do not receive one please check your spam or make sure the email is correct. Remember, the tracking is provided once the label is created.
Tracking for Orders placed from a Drop Ship Vendor (This applied to less than 3% of our total orders) may experience a delay in receiving tracking information due to Manufacturer Upload times.
Refused Shipments will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee + Shipping Cost.
