Description

The Flow Fuse is a well-known all-round binding from Nidecker. Plastic keeps the binding light and playful and the large opening through the Active Strap technology makes getting in a breeze, whatever the conditions are. Suitable for intermediate to advanced boarders who are looking for a playful binding. Confidence while buttering and jibbing down the mountain.

ENTRY SYSTEM

  • Flow Design Entry System
    A reclining highback creates a large rear opening for fast entry and exit. The integrated cable system connects the highback to the baseplate, delivering secure support and efficiently transferring rider input into the snowboard.

 

CHASSIS

  • Nylon+ Fuse Baseplate
    A reinforced nylon construction provides the support and response required for powerful riding while retaining enough flex for surfy turns and freestyle movement. The rockered design helps preserve the snowboard's natural flex.
  • 2.5° Canted BankBeds
    EVA footbeds are angled by 2.5 degrees to support a more natural riding position. The canting helps align the ankles, knees and hips while providing cushioning underneath the boots.
  • Slip-N-Grip Plate
    A smooth plate underneath the boot reduces friction during entry and exit. It allows the boot to slide into position more easily without compromising the cushioning and support of the BankBeds.

HIGHBACK

  • Nylon+ FX Uniback
    The reinforced nylon construction balances support, response and freedom of movement. Its integrated design provides dependable heel-side control while retaining enough flex for natural turns and freestyle movement.

 

STRAPS

  • Exo-Kush Fusion Strap
    A supportive frame works together with an expanded-EVA layer to combine control, comfort and low weight. The single-piece Fusion design covers a large area of the foot, spreading pressure evenly and transferring input efficiently into the binding.
  • LSR 2.0 Auto-Lock Buckles
    The ratchets automatically lock as soon as cranking stops, keeping the selected strap tension securely in place. They can be left at a preset tension for speed entry or operated like conventional ratchets whenever manual adjustment is preferred.
  • Active-Strap
    The straps automatically lift away from the footbed when the highback is reclined, creating more room for the boot during entry and exit. Once the highback closes, the straps return to their preset position and secure the boot with the selected tension.

 

ADDITIONALS

  • Offset Multi-Disk
    The offset mounting disk supports standard 4-hole inserts and the Channel system. Its mounting layout provides room to position the binding accurately on the snowboard.
  • Quick-Set Latches
    The strap positions can be adjusted quickly through simple integrated latches. This makes it easy to center the straps over the boot and refine the fit without a lengthy setup.
