Manufacturers Warranty Information
Most warranty claims such as broken sticks are handled directly between the Customer and Manufacturer. An original proof of purchase is required for warranties. Once an exchange is authorized by the manufacturer, it will be necessary for the customer to mail, at their expense, the product to the address the Manufacturer provides. Once received, if the item is deemed to be defective due to manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent at the manufacturer's expense and the broken merchandise becomes the property of the manufacturer.
